Annual Glen Cove Downtown BID Holiday Festival Marks Start Of Season

 

All the elements that make the season bright—including singing, sleighbells and Santa, plus perfect weather—were part of the festivities that took place in downtown Glen Cove on Saturday, Dec. 1, at the Glen Cove Downtown Business Improvement District’s (BID) Holiday Festival.

Bus Trip to Sands Casino Resort In Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Tickets are $35, which includes transportation and a $30 slot machine voucher. With a choice of nine restaurants, lunch is on your own. There are also over 30 indoor outlet stores. The bus boards at 7:45 a.m. and leaves promptly at 8 a.m. from the library parking lot. All patrons must be at least 21 to enter the casino and must provide photo ID. Paper Shredding Event

Protecting yourself from identity theft and keeping your information private via shredding not only gives peace of mind, it also helps you to get rid of unnecessary paperwork in a safe and environmentally friendly way. A Shred Away will be in our parking lot to safely shred your documents.  They accept all paper (staples and paper clips don’t need to be removed) and CDs. Please note they will not accept plastic, cardboard, carbon paper, books, newspapers or magazines. Limit of 3 bags/boxes per person.
